Shocking, cruel and very poorly organised. The leaked video is another shocking sign of a total loss of control and organisation. Smart move to hang him in a dark dungeon surrounded by shouting enemies, not! It almost looks like the Iraqi Government and the US wants to escalade the whole situation.
